Getting Started
Invite your team
Clickbase is organized around team workspaces. Every site belongs to a team, and everyone you invite works inside the same workspace — they share the same sites, goals, funnels, and revenue data. There's no per-site membership to manage; access is granted at the team level and shaped by each member's role.
Invite a member
- Open your team's settings.
- Go to the members or invitations area.
- Enter the person's email address and pick a role (Admin or Member).
- Send the invitation.
The invitee receives an email invitation. Once they accept, they join the workspace with the role you chose. You can cancel a pending invitation any time before it's accepted.
Roles at a glance
Clickbase has three roles. Each one is a fixed set of permissions:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything: manage billing, manage members, update and delete the team, delete sites. |
| Admin | Update team settings, invite and cancel invitations, delete sites. |
| Member | View analytics and work with the dashboard. No team-management or site-deletion powers. |
The Owner is the person who created the team. Only the Owner can add, update, or remove members directly and delete the team itself. Admins can invite new people and delete sites but can't remove existing members or delete the team. Members have full read access to the workspace's analytics without any destructive or administrative controls.
For the full permission breakdown, see Team roles.
Public share dashboards
If you want to share numbers with people outside your team without inviting them, you don't need to add them as members. Each site has a public share option in its settings that exposes a read-only dashboard at the site's URL. Turn it off any time to make the dashboard private again.
